About Me
Hi, I’m Samantha Moron is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern under the state supervision of Daniela Silwkowski, LMHC, Florida Qualified Supervisor.
My approach to therapy is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported and understood, while encouraging clients to explore difficult patterns, gain new perspectives, and move toward meaningful change.
Born and raised in South Florida with Hispanic roots, I understand the influence that culture, family relationships, and identity can have on how we experience ourselves and the world.
I earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University and gained clinical experience across multiple levels of care for eating disorders, including residential treatment (RTC), partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
My work has included supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, emotional challenges, and relationship difficulties.
I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into the therapeutic relationship. Therapy will become a collaborative process that provides a safe space to explore life's challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner strengths. My goal is to create a connection and meaning that allows you to explore your experiences without judgment, strength your understanding of self, and develop the tools to move forward with greater confidence.

The Heart of the Practice
-
Healing can look different for everyone. I offer a personalized space to explore what growth means to you. My approach is consisted of a collaborative and individualized framework, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed skills, parts work, and somatic-informed techniques.
I have received training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD.
We will work together to understand connections between your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviors. Our work may involve understanding patterns shaped by past experiences, challenging beliefs that no longer serve you, developing emotional regulation skills, and strengthen your relationship with self.
My approach balances compassionate support with transparency and direction to move forward in healing.

Authenticity, empathy, transparency, and respect for the whole person. I value creating a therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable being yourself, exploring difficult emotions, and expressing your needs without fear of judgment.
Therapy is humanized through genuine connection, exploration, and caring challenges — without judgement. I believe meaningful growth can come from both feeling supported and being gently challenged to consider new perspectives.
-
You can expect a collaborative therapeutic experience that combines thoughtful questions, genuine connection, direct feedback, and practical strategies.
Some sessions may focus on processing emotions and understanding past experiences, while others may involve developing skills, exploring patterns, or identifying meaningful steps toward your goals.
We'll work together to create a space that encourages reflection, self-compassion, and lasting personal growth.
