I offer individual, adolescent, and family therapy through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant EHR telehealth platform.
My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, and PTSD. Part of my work has consisted of clients with occurring symptoms such as anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in creating a space where you can explore your experiences, feel supported, and move forward with meaning.
-
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I believe meaningful growth comes from feeling supported while encouraging clients to explore patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop practical skills.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and skills informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on each client's individual needs.
I trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, implementing a clinical experience to support individuals navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, and trauma.
Together, we'll explore approaches that align with your experiences, goals, and readiness for change.

Getting started begins with reaching out through the contact form. You’re welcome to share a little about yourself, what brings you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to work towards.
I offer a complimentary initial phone consultation to answer your questions, discuss your needs, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first appointment and you’ll receive the necessary intake paperwork through SimplePractice portal.
-
Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin understanding your experiences, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
We'll review relevant background information, discuss your current challenges, explore your goals, and begin identifying areas where you would like support or change.
You don't need to have everything figured out before your first appointment. We'll move at a pace that respects your comfort while working collaboratively to create a direction for therapy that feels meaningful and achievable.
